Concrete mosaic installation for the 20th anniversary of 100% Design
’TRE’ was designed and built exclusively in celebration of 100% Design show's 20th Anniversary, the installation aims to create a captivating kaleidoscope experience for the visitor, supporting the theme of the 2014 exhibition. Designed by long time collaborator Levi Fignar, this bespoke surface is created by a random tessellation of three triangular elements each with different patterns. The arrangement highlights the design diversity held together by a dominating constellation.
The installation was featured together with debuting concrete tile designs in KAZA's new collection 'Concurrent Constellations', celebrating the eternal harmony between naturally evolved living forms and architecture’s geometrical shapes.
